Position: Procurement logistics manager
Report to: Chief Financial Officer
Location: China
JOB SUMMARY:
Be responsible for providing and storing materials to make sure qualified materials can be provided timely
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Establish a standardized procurement process
- Make an annual/ monthly purchasing plan and fund-arrangement plan.
- Connect with suppliers, negotiate on procurement to get a competitive price, quality and service
- Evaluate suppliers to choose qualified suppliers.
- Take active measures to control the whole procurement process to ensure quality of material and delivery date can meet requirements of production
- Timely check materials after receiving them and transact storing procedures when materials are checked qualified.
- Timely know the storage situation of components, arrange procurement reasonably and control storage.
- Gradually establish and perfect the documents on purchasing materials, and set up archives.
- Strengthen the internal exchange of information and communicate with other departments to improve the quality of materials.
- Know the quality information of material and reflect the feedback to the supplier quickly; facilitate the communication between relevant departments and suppliers; improve the quality of materials
- Establish, develop and maintain a good relationship with suppliers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Be familiar with the process of production and technical properties and requirements
- College or above, have more than 5 years working experience in foreign-funded enterprises
- Have good abilities to organize and coordinate; have a strong sense of responsibility
- Can use English fluently
