Position: Procurement logistics manager
Report to: Chief Financial Officer
Location: China

JOB SUMMARY:

Be responsible for providing and storing materials to make sure qualified materials can be provided timely

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Establish a standardized procurement process
  • Make an annual/ monthly purchasing plan and fund-arrangement plan.
  • Connect with suppliers, negotiate on procurement to get a competitive price, quality and service
  • Evaluate suppliers to choose qualified suppliers.
  • Take active measures to control the whole procurement process to ensure quality of material and delivery date can meet requirements of production
  • Timely check materials after receiving them and transact storing procedures when materials are checked qualified.
  • Timely know the storage situation of components, arrange procurement reasonably and control storage.
  • Gradually establish and perfect the documents on purchasing materials, and set up archives.
  • Strengthen the internal exchange of information and communicate with other departments to improve the quality of materials.
  • Know the quality information of material and reflect the feedback to the supplier quickly; facilitate the communication between relevant departments and suppliers; improve the quality of materials
  • Establish, develop and maintain a good relationship with suppliers

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Be familiar with the process of production and technical properties and requirements
  • College or above, have more than 5 years working experience in foreign-funded enterprises
  • Have good abilities to organize and coordinate; have a strong sense of responsibility
  • Can use English fluently
